Financial Analyst - board reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Minneapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 923 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
