Financial Analyst - board reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Minneapolis plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
