Financial Analyst - board reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Glen Foods Group is a Minneapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
