Financial Analyst - board reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
