Financial Analyst - board reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Lakeside Legal Group provides legal services in Milwaukee across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
