Financial Analyst - board reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
