Financial Analyst - board reporting (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Miami, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
