Financial Analyst - board reporting (Miami, FL)

Lumen Amber Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
