Financial Analyst - board reporting (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Nest Manufacturing is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
