Financial Analyst - board reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
