Financial Analyst - board reporting (Madison, WI)

Northwind West Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of meter readings and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification.
