Financial Analyst - board reporting (Madison, WI)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
