Financial Analyst - board reporting (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Madison with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
