Financial Analyst - board reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
