Financial Analyst - board reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
