Financial Analyst - board reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
