Financial Analyst - board reporting (Louisville, KY)

Nova Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Louisville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
