Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Summit Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports.
