Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Manufacturing Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
