Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Cobalt Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports.
