Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Bright Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
