Financial Analyst - board reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Glen Banking Services Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
