Financial Analyst - board reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
