Financial Analyst - board reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Ember Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
