Financial Analyst - board reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Forge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
