Financial Analyst - board reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification.
