Financial Analyst - board reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Knoxville, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
