Financial Analyst - board reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Knoxville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
