Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
