Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Nest Financial Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification.
