Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Cross Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
