Financial Analyst - board reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jacksonville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
