Financial Analyst - board reporting (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Umber Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
