Financial Analyst - board reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
