Financial Analyst - board reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
