Financial Analyst - board reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
