Financial Analyst - board reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Amber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
