Financial Analyst - board reporting (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 834 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
