Financial Analyst - board reporting (Houston, TX)

Cedar Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Houston. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in Houston. What you will do • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
