Financial Analyst - board reporting (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Houston area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of field visits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
