Financial Analyst - board reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Bright West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
