Financial Analyst - board reporting (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Birch Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Hartford. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of network equipment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
