Financial Analyst - board reporting (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
