Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework.
