Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Fern Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
