Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in El Paso with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
