Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
