Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
