Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
