Financial Analyst - board reporting (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
